Zero to Hero

Ryan's own build process — the one that took him from a standing start to two live App Store apps — turned into a repeatable curriculum. The morning is shared: ideation, validation, and a founding prompt. Then participants choose an afternoon track.

Track A · Lovable Edition

Stay in a chat window, watch your app appear as you describe it. The fastest path to a real, working, shareable product, built on real React code with Stripe payments and a Supabase backend. Honest tradeoff: this builds a web app, not a native App Store listing.

Track B · Claude Code Edition

Work in a real codebase with an AI partner — full terminal, full control, steeper climb. By the end, a real native app, tested on your own phone, with RevenueCat monetisation, ready for App Store or Play Store review.
