Our Approach
One firm. Three pillars.
One method underneath.
Three distinct practices, run to the same standard, sharing a single operating discipline. Built for the rooms where preparation shows and improvisation fails.
Pillar I
Business Consultancy
For businesses fighting fires, or building the next floor.
Two engagement modes. Firefight is a diagnostic sprint for businesses that are stuck or losing ground — we strip the situation down, name the real bottleneck, and prescribe a sequenced fix. Next Floor is strategy plus execution support for businesses ready to expand but unsure how — we draw the architecture and stay in the room while it gets built.
What clients leave with
- —A defensible diagnosis of what's actually broken — or what to build next
- —A sequenced plan with owners, timelines and decision gates
- —Senior presence in the room until the plan holds
- —A leaner operating cadence your team keeps after we leave
Pillar II
Targeted Workshops
Three hours that change how a team or a person walks into a defining room.
Two flagship intensives — Salesmanship (Land The Room™) and Interview Mastery (Hold The Room™) — built around the same architecture: named movements, ARC stories, drilled live. Delivered for organisations as in-house team workshops, and for individuals through small open cohorts or 1:1 intensives.
What clients leave with
- —A team or individual who can open, hold and close the room
- —Shared language for pitches, panels and high-stakes conversations
- —Live drills with feedback — not slides about theory
- —A tailored playbook the room keeps and reuses
Pillar III
1:1 Advisory
A strategist permanently in your corner.
Three modes. Founder Room — rapid troubleshooting and direction-setting for founders. Life Room — sustained, confidential 1:1 thinking on the decisions that shape a life. The Closer — we step in and pitch, negotiate or close specific deals on your behalf, in your colours, on your mandate.
What clients leave with
- —A confidential thinking partner across work and life
- —Structured frameworks for the calls that don't fit a workshop
- —Honest perspective — no flattery, no stake in the answer
- —Optional execution: we'll close the deal ourselves
Inside every engagement
The four phases.
The same rhythm runs through Consultancy, Workshops and Advisory. What changes is the shape — not the discipline.
Diagnose
We map the room you're walking into — the deal, the business, the decision. The real version, not the polished one.
Decide
We translate the situation into structure and a single defensible answer. Land The Room™ and Hold The Room™ for performance work; first-principles diagnostics for businesses; ARC frameworks for personal calls.
Drill or Deploy
Workshops drill the moves live until they hold. Consultancy and Advisory deploy the decision — sequenced plan, owners, gates, and senior presence in the room while it lands.
Hand Over
You leave with a tailored playbook, a clear cadence and a way of operating you can use in the next room — and the one after that.
What does 'one firm, three pillars' actually mean?
It means three distinct practices — Business Consultancy, Targeted Workshops, 1:1 Advisory — run by the same lean team to the same standard, with one underlying method. You engage the pillar that fits the room you're walking into; in many cases, clients move across two or three over time.
How do I know which pillar fits?
If a business is stuck or building its next stage, that's Pillar I. If a team or an individual has a defining pitch, panel or interview ahead, that's Pillar II. If a founder or operator needs sustained, confidential thinking — or a deal closed on their behalf — that's Pillar III. If you're not sure, open a conversation and we'll triage.
Do the three pillars share a method?
Yes. Underneath all three sits one operating discipline — Diagnose, Decide, Drill or Deploy, Hand Over — and a small set of named frameworks (Land The Room™, Hold The Room™, ARC stories) that we apply in different shapes depending on the room.

in front of you.
Open a conversation and we'll triage. Consultancy, Workshop, Advisory — or none of the above and a referral elsewhere.
