Workshops & Seminars

Frameworks for the moments
you can't afford to fumble.

Sales pitches. Interviews. The high-stakes conversations where preparation shows and improvisation fails. Our workshops translate the same advisory frameworks we use 1:1 into applied, repeatable practice — for teams that need to perform together, and individuals preparing for the moment that matters.

Salesmanship

Land The Room™

Most sales training teaches scripts. We teach the room. Land The Room moves through five movements — Altitude, Attention, Arc, Tension, The Ask — that take you from arriving above the room to closing on a decision, not a hope. Frames, status, stories and silence, drilled live until they're muscle.

What participants leave with

  • Arrive from above — counter the power, time and analyst frames without explaining or apologising
  • Open the first 90 seconds with one of four hooks: Inversion, Clock, Character or Stakes
  • Tell three signature stories — Cost, Turn, Wrong Fit — built on the ARC structure (Anchor · Rise · Close)
  • Use the pause as leverage; answer hard objections with questions, not defences
  • Close with a clean ask — name the decision, name the timeline, be the prize, not the petitioner
  • Use AI as a sparring partner — Audience Mirror, Steel-Man, Compressor — to stress-test the pitch before the room sees it

Formats

  • 3-hour intensive · in-person or online
  • Private team session, tailored to your deals
  • Open cohort for individuals (small group)

Interview Mastery

Hold The Room™

Interviews aren't memorisation games. They're rooms — and rooms have rules. Hold The Room moves through four parts — Presence, Story, Pressure, Close — that train you to arrive grounded, answer in structure, hold the silence, and land a final line the panel repeats to each other after you've left.

What participants leave with

  • Own the first ninety seconds — grounded, slow, open, quiet — beat by beat from the walk in to the first answer
  • Build three signature stories — the Win, the Mistake, the Turn — using the ARC structure (Anchor · Rise · Close)
  • Handle the curveball, the silence, the stress question and the cold panel without filling space
  • Use the pause as your most underused tool — two seconds before you answer reads as thinking, not performing
  • Turn 'Do you have any questions for us?' into the part of the interview that decides it
  • Close on a final line they repeat to each other after the door shuts
  • Use AI as a prep partner — to mock the panel, sharpen your stories, and stress-test your weakest answer before the real room does

Formats

  • 3-hour intensive · in-person or online
  • Small-group cohort (4–8 candidates)
  • Campus / graduate programme partnership

How we run it

Workshops that stick.

01

Brief

We start with a working call. Your context, your stakes, the deals or interviews you're actually preparing for.

02

Tailor

We adapt the deck, drills, and roleplay scenarios to your industry — no recycled case studies.

03

Practice

Live drills, peer scorecards, and AI-assisted roleplay. Participants leave having done the thing — not just heard about it.

Next step

Bring this into
your room.

Tell us who's in the room and what's at stake. We'll come back within two business days with a tailored proposal.
